Shipping Information and Returns Policy

RADProductsOnline.com ships using the following carriers:

United Parcel Service Ground
United Parcel Service - Air
Federal Express - Air
Federal Express - Ground

Freight charges are F.O.B. destination unless noted otherwise. Freight charges shown in the online freight calculator are based on tare (dimensional) shipping weight of each product.

RMA Returns

All returns must be accompanied by a Return Materials Authorization (RMA). Upon contacting us for an RMA number, you will be given specific instructions on how and where to send the product(s) being returned. RADProductsOnline will arrange for all necessary returns (RMA) to the factory.
