Product Availability

Not all products are immediately available for shipping. When an order is placed on our site, we will notifiy you of the approximate ship date upon notification from RAD. Customer is usually notified within two days of order receipt but the process can sometimes take a week or more. Non-stocked items and stocked items not currently in stock usually require 2 to 3 weeks to ship. Legacy products can take longer to ship due to component availability. Items that are in stock at the time of ordering are usually shipped the same day if the order is received before 2:00 U.S. eastern time. Return Policy

Standard, non-customized RAD products purchased from RAD may be returned for credit less a 15% restocking fee based on the prevailing product list price (MSRP), provided that the Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request is received by RAD within six(6) months of ship date.
Additional conditions:

IMPORTANT NOTE: This Return Policy does not apply to Airmux, special part numbers, or discontinued products - all of which are non-returnable. For NON RAD-manufactured and NON RAD-labeled products, return policies may vary. You must contact our Customer Service Department at 817-605-3117 to request special approval.


Order Cancellation Policy

Any RAD equipment order that has not already shipped may be cancelled by the customer without penalty provided that the cancellation is received within seven (7) business days of P.O. receipt. Beyond seven (7) business days, a 15% cancellation fee will be applied. Note: Cancellations for customized products, discontinued products or products with obsolete components will not be accepted. For NON RAD-manufactured and NON RAD-labeled products, cancellation policies may vary. You must contact our Customer Service Department at 817-605-3117 to request special approval.


Shipments Delayed by Customer

Orders ready for shipment may be delayed by customer request for up to thirty (30) days beyond the original planned shipment date. If after thirty days, the customer is still unwilling to take delivery, the order will be cancelled, the item(s) will be returned to stock, and a 15% cancellation fee will be applied.
